Locally produced natural Kombucha
Kombucha (pronounced kom-boo-cha) is a fermented effervescent sweetened tea which dates back approximately 2000 years. It isn’t clear where it originated, but the area of Northeastern China is the thought. Russia, China, and Eastern Europe traditionally consumed this ferment.
Kombucha is fermented with a cellulose culture, a scoby, which is a symbiotic colony of bacteria and yeast. This culture converts the tannins, sugars, and caffeine from the tea into the beneficial B and C vitamins, bacteria, and live enzymes it may contain.
Neu Kombucha is raw and unpasteurized. Kombucha does, like all fermented foods and drink, contain trace amounts of alcohol. Please avoid if you are pregnant, allergic, sensitive, or because of religious beliefs.
Neu Kombucha flavors include: Pineapple Ginger, Lavender Lemonade, Root Beer, Super Berry, Tart Cherry Ginseng, Ginger, Turmeric Ginger, Chaga Kola, and other seasonal flavors. Neu’s Farmington shop also has rotating flavors on tap for all your filling needs.
