Cordy’s daughter Eleanor made a special request for this blend. This is the one that you just can’t get enough of. We use dried Montmorency cherries, which is a sour cherry typically used in pies. But whole dried Montmorency cherries and mini chunks of dark chocolate seem like they were meant for our granola. No nuts, just Four Plus cherries and chocolate – and Cordy has a few tricks in how she puts the whole thing together. What a great granola!
